Not very typical in appearance. I think it is a Grey Wagtail and have the same opinion from another person. Please let me know if you think otherwise. The bird is slender with a long tail quite typical of the family Motacillidae. That gives us mainly three possibilities Wagtails; Pipits or Longclaws. This was a quick shot and can't remember any tail wagging.
